Coaster rolls out Donny Osmond line

LAS VEGAS — Coaster Company of America is rolling out the Donny Osmond Home collection at the Las Vegas Market, a full-line group of 120 SKUs of bedroom, dining room, upholstery, home office and accent furniture.

The company hosted a “meet and greet” reception with Donny and Debbie Osmond this morning in the company’s showroom in C-1621.

Coaster officials said the aesthetic of the collection references the couple’s lifestyle with both modern and rustic styles.

“Our collaboration with Donny and Debbie Osmond depicts Donny’s lifestyle of ‘a little bit of country and a little bit of rock-n-roll’,” said Crystal Nguyen, Coaster’s director of case goods and product development. “Our roll-out collection caters to today’s busy family lifestyle in urban cities, as well as country. Beautiful finishes, well-scaled pieces full of function, charms and quality are echoed throughout the entire collection.”

The rock-and-roll or city style features furnishings with sleek, modern designs. The country style highlights pieces with mixed media, rustic woods and a “very home” feeling, said Coaster representatives.

“Working with Donny and Debbie Osmond has been a real pleasure,” said Toby Konetzny, vice president of marketing. “They are very involved with the product design and direction so that consumers can really capture their true lifestyle. They wanted to curate a product line that spoke of quality, function and value, and we believe we have achieved that with this rollout of merchandise. We have received a lot of positive responses already from key customers.”

Retail price points range from $99 for accents (chairs, benches, kitchen carts and ottomans) to $399 for home office and $999 for sofas and dining sets. Bedroom groups will retail for $1,999 and up.
